Sole use of the private 4-acre property including beautiful gardens and large lawns for outdoor leisure. Walk to Wollombi village from this large country home in a lush green valley, with friendly farm animals to visit. Wide verandahs overlooking rural views, set on a 4-acre garden estate which you will have to yourselves. There’s a small fenced plunge pool to swim in, and a huge games room with a pool table, piano, and library. Beds can be singles or joined to form King beds so please advise your preferred configuration.

Comfortable accommodation for a max 12 guests, the house is divided into two sections, each with a bathroom & kitchen and joined by a portico, making it well suited to two families traveling together. The neighboring cottage, “Wollombi Dairy Cottage” (listed separately) is also available for large groups.

Rates:

  • $1,200 per night / minimum 2 nights
  • $960 for up to 8 guests then $120 for additional guests (max 12)
  • Check in: 3pm / Check out: 10am
  • These times only apply when we have back-to-back bookings.
