The house is set on 15 hectares, mostly bushland, tucked away in a private valley. Boasting a perfect blend of modern comforts and rustic charm, step inside and be greeted by the spacious interiors. The open-plan living area with comfy lounges and a wood fireplace creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. We are on the grid for electricity and have onsite gas (cooking), tank water and septic tank. The house is a few km beyond the new Optus mobile tower so we do not have a mobile phone signal. There is reliable WiFi at the property though if you want/need to connect.
We are frequently visited by kangaroos, wallabies, and wombats in the paddock and there are many varieties of birds including black cockatoo and a couple of wedgetail eagles that live near the wetland.
