The outdoor dining on the verandah makes the most of the spectacular views across the valley to Corrabare Mountain. The heated outdoor spa provides further options for relaxing and unwinding.
In addition, Corrabare Studio, set just behind the main cottage, offers a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a living room, kitchen and dining area. This is complete with a pot-bellied fireplace, TV and office desk for work-from-home use.
The property is solar-powered, with grid connection as back up, and has Starlink broadband internet, so suitable for all WFH applications, including video conferencing.
Local amenities are readily accessed by a five-minute drive or comfortable 2.5km walk to the historic township of Wollombi. Visit the famous Wollombi Tavern, restaurants, cafes, art galleries and antique shops. There are many beautiful bush walks in the area, including the Corrabare State Forest Loop and the Finchley Track Aboriginal Art & Great North Walk.
Note that the outdoor spa is heated using solar power to be eco-friendly and is set to a very comfortable temperature of 36 degrees Celsius. However, this can vary and the temperature cannot be guaranteed.
The cottage is pet-friendly by prior agreement. The property is also uniquely able to offer horse accommodation, with stables and a training area.
