Private and secluded country farmhouse set in a valley within a 125-acre property surrounded by nature and wildlife. Wake up to the magical sounds of the bellbirds and be immersed in mother nature at its finest; enjoy bush walks, picnics or just relax in and around this beautiful country home.The home is a large 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom country style house with 220-foot high cathedral ceilings, a huge loft that serves as a TV / Movie room, and a 4th bedroom. There are 2 fireplaces, a full working kitchen, outdoor entertaining areas with a table and BBQ, a laundry, CCTV, House alarm, and high-speed internet and Wi-Fi.

The house is situated on approximately 50 acres of valley floor but on a 125-acre property so there is plenty of room for Bushwalking, watching native wildlife including kangaroos, wallabies, wombats, goannas, cows, and an abundance of birds.

3km from the centre of town and the historical Wollombi Tavern, and a 40 min drive to Pokolbin – home of the Hunter Valley region, famous for its wineries, high-end restaurants, and music festivals.

PLEASE NOTE: If guests are attending a wedding and have organized transport guests will be required to meet at the entrance to the property on Yango Creek Road.

PLEASE NOTE: Bedroom access is determined by guest numbers. This allows smaller groups to enjoy our homes without needing to pay for unused space.  You will have the home to yourself and unneeded bedrooms will be locked or unneeded beds will not be made. Please let us know if you would like a specific bedroom available or a bed made up.

  • Additional guests the rate is $130 per person per night (not suitable for children under the age of 8 years old)
  • Minimum 2 nights stay (min 3 nights on long weekends)

  • Check in: 3pm / Check out: 10am
  • These times only apply when we have back to back bookings.
